DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

Slobozhanshchynaof  Political Science Associationof  was established on the initiative of the Department of Political Science on December 10, 2005.
The Association is registered with the Administration of Justice on July 3, 2007. It is headed by Professor Oleksandr Fisun and its members are 59 political scientists from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, N. E. Zhukovsky National Aerospace University, H. S. Skovoroda National Pedagogical University, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Agrarian University and other institutions, and officials from Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
The Association aims at uniting political scientists in their scientific, educational, and enlightening activities. Its main tasks are information, organizational, methodical support of its members’ activities in political sciences; encouraging development and implementation of new educational methods and spreading new experience; establishing professional relations between Ukrainian and foreign political scientists; participating in the design and realization of the professional development of scientists in Ukraine, etc.
